Our website focuses on our essential range of products labelled as our ‘Everyday Hire’ items. These are the items you need on a daily basis, week in and week out. We have huge stock of these available not only online but also via our vast nationwide network of branches.

All our rates are incredibly competitive along with hire periods that are tailored to suit you. Most of our equipment is available nationwide and in volume if required. If you’re local branch doesn’t have what you need, we can bring it in from one of our other 56 branches across the country.

But remember we also have lots of other equipment in addition to our ‘Everyday Hire’ items. So no matter what your requirements we should be able to help. Just contact your local branch and the team will endeavour to help and assist you.

Finally, we emphasise that all of our friendly hire controllers are always on hand and happy to help whether you need advice on choosing the right equipment or operational guidance of our equipment and even how to get the best out of your hired tools, our experts are always part of your hire package.

Hire Periods

Here at Hire Station we offer several hire periods to match each of our customers needs:

Same day: This is the rate for the first day of hire between the hours of 00:01 – 24:00.

+ Day: This is the rate for an additional day of hire between the hours of 00:01 – 24:00 or part there of after the first day or week.

Weekend: Reduced rate from late Friday afternoon to early Monday morning.

Weekly: The maximum rate for each 7 day period.

Not only this but at Hire Station we have developed a fully online order facility from product selection to secure payment available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

When viewing our products you will see a format like the image shown. This gives you a break down of the prices for each separate pricing structure. On top of this our format also shows the full name of the product as well as the items product code, essential when enquiring or ordering over the phone.

Opening hours

To help accommodate all of our customers needs we have developed a varied opening period:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00noon

Sunday: Closed

Should you require tools and equipment outside these hours we can open or deliver your hire 24/7 under formal agreement. We can take orders 24/7.


When it comes to paying for your hire we have several methods in which you can pay for your equipment. We also include damage waiver to help protect you against bills for damaged equipment.

Monthly credit account: If you wish to hire frequently, the convenience of a monthly credit account, just complete the appropriate application form online. Your account will be up and running within 24 hours (subject to status).

Purchase cards: We welcome company purchase cards by all major banks.

Debit or credit cards: For advance payment we ask for a 2-week deposit and 2 forms of I.D. Your deposit is refunded on return of equipment.

All major cards accepted. For long term hires, charges are made at 2-week intervals.

At all times, Hire Station reserves the right to alter rates and other details without prior notification. All prices quotes are exclusive of VAT.

Accidental damage to hired equipment can result in expensive repair charges. However, we can offer damage waiver indemnity that will indemnify you against the cost of repairing the item. Full terms and conditions are available on request.

Terms & conditions: All equipment illustrated in this catalogue is offered subject to our terms and conditions specified by the Hire Association Europe. Copies are available on request.

All products in this catalogue are subject to availability and in some instances alternative items of similar quality and performance maybe offered. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product specifications, we do recommend that you double check any essential information at the time of order as no liability can be accepted


For extra convenience, you can have your equipment delivered and/or collected. Just ask for details of the small delivery charge which will vary according to distance. Our new fleet of Mercedes Sprinter vans are equipped with the latest start/stop technology to help reduce our environmental impact.

Should you decide to collect the equipment, we can also advise on suitable vehicle types. We have 56 nationwide depots, all of which you can select to collect your hire from. All you have to do is select which depot you wish to collect from during your checkout process.

In addition to this we also have accreditation for:

- CrossRail compliant - this means we are qualified to deliver hire equipment to the rail industry.

- FORS accredited drivers - this proves that our fleet of vehicles and drivers operate to high standards that far exceed the legal minimum.
