      Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
      Saturday: 8am - 12 noon
      Sunday: closed

      Should you require tools and equipment outside these hours we can open or deliver your hire 24/7 under formal agreement. We can take orders 24/7 online.

Payment Methods

    • Debit or Credit Cards: For advance payment we ask for a 2-week deposit and 2 forms of personal identification. Your deposit is refunded on return of equipment. All major cards accepted. For long-term hires, charges are made at 2-week intervals

    • We do not accept cash. Payment must be made upfront with a debit/credit card

Liability For Hired Tools

    • If you are a private hirer and are using the equipment on private property, no license/certificate is required. Trade users might need a licence/certificate for some equipment if working on site.

    • Yes, Accidental damage to hired equipment can result in expensive repair charges. However, we have our damage waiver PROTECT service and, where purchased, provides a waiver against the accidental damage value to our equipment.

    • Brandon Hire Station - PROTECT

      PROTECT is our damage waiver service and, where purchased, provides a waiver against the accidental damage value to our equipment. While you remain responsible for our equipment during the period of hire, Brandon Hire Station will waive any cost of repairing accidentally damaged equipment up to the value of £500*.

    • No, it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is insured.

Hire Times

    • Our flexabile hire Periods are as follows:

      One Day: This is the rate for the First Day of hire between the hours of 00:01 - 24:00. + Day: This is the rate for an Additional Day of hire between the hours of 00:01 - 24:00 or part thereof after the first day or week.
      Weekend: Reduced rate from late Friday afternoon to early Monday morning.
      Weekly: The maximum rate for each 7 day period. Contact us for hire prices.

    • We have an in stock guarantee on certain items and most items can be offered next day.

Returning Hired Tools

    • If you wish to keep the equipment longer phone us on 0345 604 5337 and a new payment will be taken

    • If a refund is applicable, then of course you will receive one, but please bear in mind our pricing structure (same day, 2 day, weekly and minimum weekly).

    • Your hired items must be returned in a suitable state so please clean the equipment to a condition mimicking how they where delivered to you at the beginning of your hire.

    • You can return the equipment you hire to ANY Brandon Hire Station branch.


    • For extra convenience, you can have your equipment delivered and/or collected. A delivery charge may apply and will vary according to distance from our nearest branch. Should you decide to collect the equipment, we can also advise on suitable vehicle types. We also have vehicles that are CrossRail compliant and FORS accredited drivers. Please note that deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and cities with congestion charges may have additional costs applied.

    • Transport costs can vary depending on the hire (delivery and pick up) costs start at £15 for non-account customers.

      Your delivery cost is a single, a one off charge excluding VAT per order AND NOT per item.

    • Yes, we must have a signature for the equipment and be shown the appropriate I.D.
