Christmas Suspension Requests

To assist you in remaining as productive as possible in the build-up and return from the holiday period we are offering you the opportunity to suspend your hire equipment.

In order for the suspension to be authorised, we require that you complete a Suspension Request Form and submit the form to your dedicated account manager or branch. In the absence of either please submit the form via email to  [email protected]. The deadline for submitting this form is the 18th of December 2020.

For the Holiday period, 2020/21 Brandon Hire Station will be applying suspensions on approved items for the period 25th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021. The products exempt from suspension are highlighted below:

  • Ground Protection Mats
  • Supports
  • Fire Alarms
  • Dehumidifiers
  • Air Movers
  • Water Bowsers
  • Standpipes
  • Road Signs / Cones
  • Pedestrian / Crowd Control Barriers
  • Fencing
  • Site Security
  • Tower Lights
  • Road Plates
  • Accommodation & Storage Units
  • All products outsourced through Brandon Hire Station rehire partners (rehire items)


Terms & Conditions of the Suspension:

  • Suspension is made on the basis that the equipment is secure over the period of suspension.
  • The risk of damage and loss remain the hirer’s responsibility.
  • Brandon Hire Station reserves the right to off-hire any equipment.
  • Suspensions only apply once approved forms are submitted.
  • The deadline for submitting this form is the 18th of December 2020. Forms received after this may not be processed.
