Christmas Suspension Requests

To assist you in remaining as productive as possible in the build-up and return from the holiday period we are offering you the opportunity to suspend your hire equipment.

In order for the suspension to be authorised please contact your dedicated account manager, branch or in the absence of either of these, [email protected]. The deadline for submitting your suspension request form is the 16th December 2021.

For the Holiday period 2021/22 Brandon Hire Station will be applying suspensions on approved items for the bank holidays over the festive period. The products exempt from suspension are highlighted by category below and a full list of items is available from your account manager.

  • Road Plates
  • Accommodation & Storage Units

Terms & Conditions of the Suspension:

  • Suspension is made on the basis that the equipment is secure over the period of suspension.
  • The risk of damage and loss remain the hirer’s responsibility.
  • Some products are exempt from suspension. Please ask your account manager for a comprehensive list.
  • Brandon Hire Station reserves the right to off hire any equipment.
  • Suspensions only apply once approved forms are submitted.
  • The deadline for submitting this form is the 16th December 2021. Forms received after this may not be processed.
