We also offer consolidated invoices, that way if a customer hires on a regular basis, they can have all their charges on a single bill for a specific period of time. This helps to reduce the amount of invoices they have to deal with, and gives them more time to work on your specific project.
By opening a business account with us, customers receive a dedicated credit controller; this gives the customer a specific point of contact if they have any queries or questions regarding their account or any queries. Their credit controller will ensure they have been invoiced correctly and have no issues with payment, and we also offer a 30 day fair hire period, so there are no delays in you starting your next project.

As we offer flexible hire periods, customers can easily change hire dates and customers only end up paying for the days agreed. This is ideal if the customer is unsure of the length of time they will need the equipment, or if a project finishes early.

We provide a single point for all your account needs with the Extranet, this is ideal for customers that prefer to deal with all their account details and invoices online. Customers can log on and download or re-print specific invoices or credit notes with ease. Customers can log on and see specific detailed information for their current hires, and even see detailed information for past hires.
Whether the customer is site manager’ or a buyer with multiple locations then they can easily download specific information. They simply log into their account and choose where they want your invoices or hire information to go. Customers can access their invoices on any device and any time, even on mobile, so they can even have access to your account when on site.
