Driver standards

For every hire we take, we work closely with the customer to ensure that delivery times and schedules are met. That is why the delivery driver will call the customer when they are about to deliver, this saves our customers time waiting for a delivery and means that our drivers don’t miss you when they plan to deliver.

All our delivery drivers are trained on all aspects of the products in our fleet; therefore they are able to offer support and assistance when then hand over the equipment. We also provide a full set of safety instructions with every piece of equipment we deliver.

Branches and drivers are FORS Accredited, which means that our vehicles and our drivers operate to high standards at all times. The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme is a voluntary accreditation that is designed to promote best practise for commercial operators, and is the industry standard for the transport industry. All of our fleet of vehicles contain tow bars; therefore we can deliver even the largest of items easily. We also have the ability to tow trailers where needed. We have a range of vehicles with tail lifts, this means we can take items further on site and make customer deliveries even easier.

We have the youngest fleet within the UK, with the average age of our tools & equipment. This can give our customers confidence when hiring from us. We Collect


We provide flexible hire periods, this means that we are always on hand for collection or delivery of items. If customers need to change the hire date of a specific piece of equipment, then they are able to do so by informing us at least 24 hours before the delivery or collection date.

We also understand the importance of clearing sites when the job is complete; therefore we are determined to collect items when the customer needs it most. This means that the customer’s project can go to plan and sites can be cleared without interruption.

Dedicated Off Hire Team

We have a dedicated off-hire team based within our National Customer Service Centre facility, this team is designed to manage the collection of our customer’s hire items at the agreed time. Each of our National Customer Service Centre hire controllers are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and understand the importance of your account.

We have locations throughout the UK, therefore we can collect items from almost anywhere in the country, with AM/PM time slots available, this means that our customers can schedule their project around their times to allow for minimal downtime, and arrange a time that is most convenient for them.


We Invoice

If customers setup an account with us, they can make invoice payments online, which allows them to reduce paperwork and concentrate on the more importance aspects of their project. We allow for various payment methods, including Credit Card, BACS and by Direct Debit, which means that you can easily pay your bills on time, every time.
