Apprentices are a key factor in ensuring our workshops are equipped with the right level of expertise, today, tomorrow and in future years. With an extensive curriculum suited to our needs, apprentices are enrolled to study on block release at Myerscough College in Preston, a prestigious educational institute where they learn not only the fundamentals of the course, but also life skills that set them up for the future years ahead.

We reward our apprentices with ongoing mentoring support, encouragement, an exceptional qualification and job security upon qualifying.

Each year our apprentices undertake a practical project for them to show to relatives and friends during a prestigious awards ceremony held at Myerscough College with the opportunity to win awards and a cash incentive for their individual progress throughout the year.
