Delivered Direct to your Door
Deliveries and collections will be made on a Hire
Station vehicle. Timed deliveries will be kept to a minimum and
not confirmed at the point of order, only requests for AM or PM
will be taken.
Customers will be advised that someone MUST be
there to sign for goods on delivery. Delivery notes will be kept
and recorded for audit purposes and as proof of delivery.
The
customer will be advised that someone must be available to sign the
collection note on collection and that the goods must be ready for
collection as agreed. The equipment must be accessible when Hire
Station arrives to complete collection. The customer will also be
required to provide a phone number for our drivers to call in the
event of a problem. As with deliveries only requests for AM or PM
time slots will be given. If required Hire Station will call the
customer on the day of collection to confirm a time window for
collection and we will liaise with the customer and our local
branch to ensure the best service possible is provided.
